Il est recommand\u00e9 de consulter le technicien responsable lors des \u00e9tapes initiales du dessin lorsqu&rsquo;il existe une exigence relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 pression afin de lui permettre de profiter de la connaissance de base du dessin et des facteurs de traitement qui lui permettront de produire des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les consid\u00e9rations importantes concernant la production \u00e9conomique de moulages \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression figurent les suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Le dessin<br \/>\n<\/strong>Produire avec succ\u00e8s des moulages \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression exige que l&rsquo;on se conforme aux principes du bon dessin de moule.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Il est important de suivre tr\u00e8s attentivement les recommandations concernant les cordons, les nervures et les coins.<\/li>\n<li>Les sections doivent \u00eatre aussi identiques que possible.<\/li>\n<li>Les trous et les passages qui doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression devront \u00eatre noyaut\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;effet de porosit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Il est important de laisser une d\u00e9pouille ample pour les trous noyaut\u00e9s et les passages qui ne sont pas usin\u00e9s. Il est conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les profil\u00e9s lourds.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre en consid\u00e9ration les facteurs du bon dessin permettra de r\u00e9aliser un moulage \u00e9conomique de pi\u00e8ces \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>2. Usinage<br \/>\n<\/strong>La nature du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de la coul\u00e9e sous pression est telle que la surface ext\u00e9rieure du moulage est habituellement dense et d\u00e9pourvue de porosit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Il est bon de pr\u00e9voir un minimum de mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;usinage pour \u00e9viter de couper en profondeur dans un moulage et, ainsi, d&rsquo;atteindre la partie qui pourrait \u00eatre poreuse.<\/li>\n<li>Il est bon d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les grands angles de d\u00e9pouille qui n\u00e9cessitent de retirer une quantit\u00e9 importante de mat\u00e9riau des surfaces \u00e0 usiner, particuli\u00e8rement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 des trous sont noyaut\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque l&rsquo;usinage est requis, il faudrait \u00e9viter l&rsquo;usinage des deux parties d&rsquo;une m\u00eame section de moulage.<\/li>\n<li>Si une quantit\u00e9 importante d&rsquo;usinage doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e, il sera probablement n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation de la pi\u00e8ce apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;usinage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>3. Taille<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les moulages de taille plut\u00f4t importante sont plus difficiles \u00e0 mouler \u00e9tanches \u00e0 pression et il sera n\u00e9cessaire au technicien d&rsquo;effectuer des essais d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 pression pour garantir le contr\u00f4le ad\u00e9quat du processus. L&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement requise pour les moulages de taille importante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pression<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de pression concernant les produits moul\u00e9s sous pression sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l&rsquo;ordre de 0.3 &#8211; 1.0 bar. Les pressions sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 6.8 n\u00e9cessitent une \u00e9tude sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
