Parmi les facteurs impliqu\u00e9s figurent la taille, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des parois, la forme et la complexit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce coul\u00e9e sous pression.<\/p>\n<h2>La concentricit\u00e9 des surfaces coul\u00e9es sous pression<\/h2>\n<p>La concentricit\u00e9 des surfaces coul\u00e9es sous pression est influenc\u00e9e par le type des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es sous pression impliqu\u00e9es. Tol\u00e9rance de base &#8211; surface fixe en relation de moulage sous pression<br \/>\n<\/strong>Des surfaces cylindriques A et B sont form\u00e9es par la m\u00eame section de moulage. Si le diam\u00e8tre A est de 178 mm et celui de B est de 102 mm, le diam\u00e8tre A sera concentrique avec celui de B sur une lecture totale de 0,25 mm. [0.10mm + (4 x 0.04)] = 0.26mm.<strong>2. Surfaces form\u00e9es par des sections moul\u00e9es oppos\u00e9es<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les diam\u00e8tres A et B sont form\u00e9s par des moiti\u00e9s moul\u00e9es oppos\u00e9es. SI la surface projet\u00e9e C de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e sous pression est de 250 x 380 (950cm2), la surface cylindrique A est de 200mm de diam\u00e8tre et la surface cylindrique B est de 150mm de diam\u00e8tre, le diam\u00e8tre de A sera concentrique avec B sur une lecture totale de 1.06mm.<strong>3.Surfaces form\u00e9es par deux membres mobiles<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les diam\u00e8tres A et B sont form\u00e9s par des membres moul\u00e9s mobiles.
