In einigen F\u00e4llen kann sich jedoch eine Impr\u00e4gnierung erforderlich machen. Soll das Teil druckdicht gegossen werden, empfiehlt es sich, dies fr\u00fchzeitig mit dem Gie\u00dfer zu besprechen, damit dieser Grundinformationen \u00fcber die Ausf\u00fchrung des Erzeugnisses und die Verarbeitungsfaktoren in seine Arbeit einflie\u00dfen lassen kann und die ihm helfen, druckdicht zu gie\u00dfen. Wichtige \u00fcberlegungen zur wirtschaftlichen Herstellung druckdichter Druckgusserzeugnisse schlie\u00dfen folgende Punkte ein:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Important considerations relating to the economic production of pressure tight diecastings include the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Entwurf<br \/>\n<\/strong>Um Druckgusserzeugnisse erfolgreich druckdicht gie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen, ist nach den Grunds\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr einen druckgussgerechten Entwurf zu verfahren.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Empfehlungen bez\u00fcglich Ausrundungen, Rippen und Ecken sind sehr genau zu beachten.<\/li>\n<li>Einzelne Teile sollten so einheitlich wie m\u00f6glich ausfallen.<\/li>\n<li>Druckdicht auszuf\u00fchrende L\u00f6cher und Durchg\u00e4nge sind mit einem Kern zu versehen, um Porosit\u00e4tsprobleme gering zu halten.<\/li>\n<li>Bei mit Kern versehen L\u00f6chern und Durchg\u00e4ngen, die nicht spanend bearbeitet werden, ist auf eine ausreichende Formschr\u00e4ge zu achten. Das Gie\u00dfen schwerer Teile ist zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die genaue Beachtung der Grunds\u00e4tze f\u00fcr einen druckgussgerechten Entwurf ist f\u00fcr die wirtschaftliche Herstellung druckdicht gegossener Erzeugnisse sehr hilfreich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>2. Spanende Bearbeitung<br \/>\n<\/strong>Das Druckgussverfahren ist von seiner Art her ein Verfahren, bei dem Erzeugnisse mit einer meist kompakten und relativ porenfreien Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che entstehen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ein Minimum an spanender Bearbeitung muss m\u00f6glich sein, es sollte jedochvermieden werden, tief in das Druckgussteil zu schneiden, weil dabei por\u00f6se Stellen getroffen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>Gro\u00dfe Formschr\u00e4gewinkel, bei denen gro\u00dfe Werkstoffmengen von zu bearbeitenden Fl\u00e4chen entfernt werden m\u00fcssen, sind zu vermeiden, insbesondere bei L\u00f6chern, die mit einem Kern versehen werden.<\/li>\n<li>Ist eine spanende Bearbeitung erforderlich, sollten nicht beide Seiten des gleichen Teiles eines Druckgusserzeugnisses bearbeitet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Bei einer umfangreicheren Bearbeitung muss nach der Bearbeitung wahrscheinlich impr\u00e4gniert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>3. Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<br \/>\n<\/strong>Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Druckgussteile sind im Allgemeinen schwerer druckdicht zu gie\u00dfen. Zur entsprechenden Steuerung des Prozesses sind Druckpr\u00fcfungen durch den Gie\u00dfer erforderlich. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Druckgussteile m\u00fcssen meist impr\u00e4gniert werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Druck<br \/>\n<\/strong>Der ben\u00f6tigte Druck liegt im Allgemeinen zwischen 5 und 15 psi (0,3 und 1 bar). Dr\u00fccke \u00fcber 100 psi (6,8 bar) sind gesondert zu betrachten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
