Die Konzentrizit\u00e4t zylindrischer Fl\u00e4chen h\u00e4ngt von der Ausf\u00fchrung des Druckgusserzeugnisses ab. Faktoren wie die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, die Wandst\u00e4rke, die Form und die Kompliziertheit des Teiles wirken sich auf die Konzentrizit\u00e4t aus.<\/p>\n

Konzentrizit\u00e4t der Fl\u00e4chen eines Druckgussteiles<\/h2>\n

Die Konzentrizit\u00e4t der Fl\u00e4chen eines Druckgussteiles h\u00e4ngt von der Art der Komponenten des Gussteiles ab. Entsprechende Fl\u00e4chen sind (durch ein Formbestandteil gebildete) Fl\u00e4chen in einem festen Verh\u00e4ltnis zueinander, Fl\u00e4chen, die durch entgegengesetzte Formbestandteile, durch Hilfsbestandteile wie Schieber und Kerne oder durch eine Kombination dieser Teile gebildet werden.<\/p>\n

1. Grundtoleranz – Fl\u00e4chen in einem festen Verh\u00e4ltnis zueinander
\n<\/strong>Die zylindrischen Fl\u00e4chen A und B werden durch dasselbe Formbestandteil gebildet. Betr\u00e4gt Durchmesser A 178 mm und Durchmesser B 102 mm, dann sind die beiden Durchmesser innerhalb von 0,25 mm (Ablesung \u00fcber den gesamten Messbereich) konzentrisch. [0,10 mm + (4 x 0,04)] = 0,26 mm<\/p>\n

2. Fl\u00e4chen, die durch entgegengesetzte Formbestandteile gebildet werden
\n<\/strong>Die Durchmesser A und B werden durch entgegengesetzte Formh\u00e4lften gebildet. Betr\u00e4gt die Projektionsfl\u00e4che C des Gussteiles 250 x 380 (950 cm2), der Durchmesser der zylindrischen Fl\u00e4che A 200 mm und der Durchmesser der zylindrischen Fl\u00e4che B 150 mm, dann sind die beiden Durchmesser innerhalb von 1,06 mm (Ablesung \u00fcber den gesamten Messbereich) konzentrisch.<\/p>\n

3. Fl\u00e4chen, die durch zwei sich bewegende Formbestandteile gebildet werden
\n<\/strong>Die Durchmesser A und B werden durch sich bewegende Formbestandteile gebildet. Betr\u00e4gt Durchmesser A 125 mm und Durchmesser B 50 mm, die Projektionsfl\u00e4che des Formbestandteils C 160 cm2 und die Projektionsfl\u00e4che des Formbestandteils D 77 cm2, dann sind die beiden Durchmesser innerhalb von 0,93 mm konzentrisch.<\/p>\n
