Faktoren wie die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, die Wandst\u00e4rke, die Form und die Kompliziertheit des Teiles wirken sich auf die Konzentrizit\u00e4t aus.<\/p>\n<h2>Konzentrizit\u00e4t der Fl\u00e4chen eines Druckgussteiles<\/h2>\n<p>Die Konzentrizit\u00e4t der Fl\u00e4chen eines Druckgussteiles h\u00e4ngt von der Art der Komponenten des Gussteiles ab. Betr\u00e4gt Durchmesser A 178 mm und Durchmesser B 102 mm, dann sind die beiden Durchmesser innerhalb von 0,25 mm (Ablesung \u00fcber den gesamten Messbereich) konzentrisch. [0,10 mm + (4 x 0,04)] = 0,26 mm<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Fl\u00e4chen, die durch entgegengesetzte Formbestandteile gebildet werden<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Durchmesser A und B werden durch entgegengesetzte Formh\u00e4lften gebildet. Betr\u00e4gt die Projektionsfl\u00e4che C des Gussteiles 250 x 380 (950 cm2), der Durchmesser der zylindrischen Fl\u00e4che A 200 mm und der Durchmesser der zylindrischen Fl\u00e4che B 150 mm, dann sind die beiden Durchmesser innerhalb von 1,06 mm (Ablesung \u00fcber den gesamten Messbereich) konzentrisch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Fl\u00e4chen, die durch zwei sich bewegende Formbestandteile gebildet werden<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Durchmesser A und B werden durch sich bewegende Formbestandteile gebildet.
